This is a 1099 Independent Contractor role. You aren't managing accounts; you are hunting new business.If you can speak fluently about digital strategy, short-form video, and high-end brand storytelling, and you have the grit to close high-ticket deals independently, we want to talk.The "Raid" Compensation Structure (Bracketed Payouts)We reward performance with a bracketed commission model. As your monthly sales grow, your percentage "stacks," allowing for significant upside.0 – $15,000 in Monthly Sales: 10% Commission$15,001 – $25,000 in Monthly Sales: 13% Commission$25,001 – $65,000 in Monthly Sales: 17% Commission$65,001+ in Monthly Sales: 22% CommissionThe "Assisted Lead" Rule: If a lead requires the Owner to step in to negotiate or close the sale, the payout is a 5% Flat Fee.
