Preconstruction Manager

A company is looking for a Preconstruction Manager. Key Responsibilities Oversee the accuracy of estimates by reviewing construction documents and identifying potential risks Participate in developing construction schedules, logistics plans, and cost estimates during the preconstruction phase Assist in evaluating subcontractor proposals and conduct preconstruction project meetings with stakeholders Required Qualifications BS or MS degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field Minimum of 10 years of estimating, project management, or project supervision experience Knowledge of building construction, materials, systems, and trade practices Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office products Familiarity with Timberline Estimating, On-Screen Take-off, and Primavera scheduling software is desirable
