Sales Support SpecialistLocation: In-office (Lakeville, MN)Type: Full-timeCompensation: $21 per hour Role SummaryJoin our growing team as a Sales Support Specialist and play a vital role in ensuring a smooth, responsive customer experience. In this full-time, in-office role, you’ll be the first line of support for incoming customer calls and emails, while handling order entry and status tracking for our communication solutions. You’ll collaborate closely with sales and operations teams to ensure orders are accurate and timely, and that customer needs are met with professionalism and care. Key ResponsibilitiesAnswer incoming calls and customer emails, providing timely and courteous service.Enter and process customer orders accurately in the order management system.Track order status and proactively communicate updates or delays to customers.Maintain detailed and up-to-date customer records in the CRM.Coordinate with internal departments to resolve issues related to orders, delivery, or billing.Generate reports and assist with administrative tasks to support the sales team.Stay informed on AWC’s product offerings.Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned.
