Residential Care Coordinator
We’re hiring one Full-time Residential Care Coordinator and two Residential Care Coordinator I (Part-Time) positions to support youth in a residential behavioral health setting. In this role, you’ll help provide a safe, structured environment while supporting youth with daily living, social skills, and recovery. Responsibilities include supervising youth, leading activities, monitoring behavior and wellness, responding to crises, and maintaining accurate documentation in line with program standards. This role requires applicants to be flexible in covering morning, evening, and potentially night shifts as needed. Prefer one year of experience in Behavioral health or working with youth.One year work experience in assisted living facility. Current Alaska Certified Medical Assistant or Certified Nursing Aide license preferred.
