Key Details: Salary: $220,000 - $240,000 annually (based on experience and a 40-hour workweek) Sign-On Bonus: Negotiable Relocation Assistance: Negotiable (based on candidate location) Work Schedule: Flexible; full-time or part-time. Typical hours are 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM. Some providers may choose to adjust their schedules for early or late patient availability.
