Schedule 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday. Job Description We are seeking an open-minded and adaptable Physical Therapist to join our outpatient department. The ideal candidate will embrace our Friends Healing Friends approach, working closely with patients and the broader healthcare team. ResponsibilitiesConduct individualized assessments and develop appropriate treatment plans for patients.Implement and monitor physical therapy interventions to maximize patient progress toward functional goals.Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and recovery strategies.Maintain open communication with other health professionals and ancillary staff to facilitate comprehensive patient care.Adapt to feedback from colleagues and contribute suggestions for program improvements. Required Experience / Certifications / LicensureCurrent licensure as a Physical Therapist.Ability to treat a diverse range of patients.Prior experience in outpatient physical therapy is preferred.
