Full Sail Brewing in Hood River, Oregon is looking for a Lead Line Cook to join our fast-paced, high volume, award-winning kitchen. Successful candidates will be self-motivated, energetic and friendly team members. Qualifications: Supervisory experience working in a commercial kitchen Efficient in kitchen positions Supporting Assistant Kitchen Manager and Chef in all aspects of the job Must be able to stand for extended periods of time Lift up to 40 pounds several times per shift Flexible schedule required Experience: Restaurant experience: 1 year Supervisor experience Schedule: 8-hour shifts Holidays Weekend availability Compensation: $20+ Hour Wage (DOE) + Tips Paid Sick Time accrual Eligible to enroll in company 401K plan at 6 months Food and beverage benefits BONUS OPPURTUNITY! $2,000 Summer Retention Bonus for Line Cooks that stay on through the end of September!
