Following an evaluation, gaps were identified in the development and operational processes around AI agent and LLM workloads. We're looking for someone who can implement proper CI/CD, monitoring, and observability practices, working alongside the existing technical team.How You'll Make an ImpactImplement CI/CD pipelines and deployment automationDesign observability frameworks for AI agents, orchestration services, and LLM workloadsOwn monitoring, logging, tracing, and performance optimisation across the platformEnsure platform reliability, scalability, and operational excellenceWork closely with the internal technical team to embed observability best practices into existing applicationsWhat You BringStrong experience with Azure, Docker, and KubernetesHands-on observability experience, including Prometheus, OpenTelemetry, and the ELK stackExperience with cloud-native monitoring solutionsComfortable working on AI agent and LLM-related workloads (preferred)Able to work at pace on a short, focused engagement alongside an established technical team
