This role ensures accurate financial records, timely reporting, policy compliance, and effective supervision of office and clerical staff while partnering closely with plant leadership.What You'll Do:Oversee and prepare plant-level accounting and financial reports, including cash reconciliation, accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll reporting, inventory, and fixed assetsEnsure accurate recording of plant revenue, expenses, cost reporting, efficiency metrics, budgets, and contractsManage purchase order preparation, receiving documentation, and invoice processingCoordinate production, shipping, receiving, raw product, and energy reportingSupervise daily accounting activities to ensure the integrity of the general ledgerImplement and improve accounting procedures, systems, and reporting processesMaintain organized, audit-ready financial and operational recordsPromote safety policies and support Lakeside Foods workplace safety initiativesPerform additional duties as assigned by the General ManagerWhat You'll Bring:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field strongly preferredFive or more years of accounting or finance experienceThree to five years of supervisory experience preferredStrong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and WordExperience working with an Enterprise Resource Planning systemExcellent organizational skills with strong attention to detailWhy Lakeside FoodsAt Lakeside Foods, we believe in Teamwork at Lakeside.
