Software Test Engineer

We're working with a leading technology company that specialises in creating advanced web applications and instrument systems, dedicated to pushing the boundaries of innovation and ensuring high-quality software delivery.The Role Lead and execute advanced software testing for web applications and instrument systems, focusing on C# and TypeScript solutions. Design and implement automated and manual test strategies. Build verification frameworks and integrate test suites into CI/CD pipelines. Own quality metrics for assigned projects, identify risks, and implement improvements. Mentor and guide junior engineers in testing methodologies, automation practices, and domain knowledge. Work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and drive alignment across stakeholders.What You'll Need 5+ years of experience in Software Quality Engineering or SDLC testing of web and/or instrument applications. 5+ years of software development experience in languages such as C#, Java, JavaScript, or TypeScript. Solid understanding of the test pyramid with ability to design unit, component, integration, and end-to-end test suites. Hands-on experience with API and UI automation frameworks like Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, WebdriverIO, and REST/GraphQL testing. Familiarity with CI/CD tools including GitHub Actions, TeamCity, and Jenkins.
