Manager, Data Solutions Delivery
Overview:
In this role, you will design, build, and deploy scalable data solutions on cloud platforms to meet performance, security, and reliability goals. You'll lead technical delivery from design through deployment while aligning with architecture and governance standards. You'll develop robust data models and pipelines to support analytics and enterprise operations, collaborating with stakeholders to translate needs into actionable designs. You'll mentor engineers, drive quality and processes, and contribute to a culture of integrity and excellence across the team. Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement scalable data solutions on cloud platforms with end-to-end execution
- Build and maintain resilient data pipelines for ingestion, transformation, and delivery of data assets
- Develop logical and physical data models for reporting and analytics
- Collaborate with business, analysts, and architects to translate requirements into designs and manage dependencies
- Ensure data models, pipelines, and products align with governance and architecture standards
- Mentor data engineers, establish development/testing/deployment standards, and champion data quality and reliability
- Uphold professional conduct and a respectful work environment
Key requirements:
- Minimum seven years of experience designing and delivering enterprise data solutions
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
- Hands-on experience with end-to-end data solutions across cloud data platforms, especially Azure stack including Databricks and Unity Catalog
- Proficiency in data modeling and building complex data pipelines using Python/Spark and SQLExperience with Git, CI/CD, and data analytics tools such as Power BI and Power Platform
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future
