Oracle Cloud Technical Lead

Overview Now Hiring: OIC Technical Lead (Contract-to-Hire) We're looking for an experienced Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) Technical Lead to join a growing team and drive end-to-end integration initiatives across cloud and on-prem systems. Location: Hybrid – Jacksonville / Plano, TX (3 days onsite, 2 remote) ?? Please note: We are only able to work directly with candidates at this time. No third parties or vendors. Responsibilities Lead the design and delivery of scalable integration solutions using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) Build and support integrations across Oracle SaaS, PaaS, and on-prem applications Develop REST/SOAP APIs, adapters, and process automation workflows Troubleshoot and optimize integrations for performance, reliability, and scalability Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and code reviews Partner with business and technical teams to translate requirements into solutions Establish best practices around security, logging, and error handling Qualifications 7+ years of integration development experience, including 5+ years with OIC Strong expertise in Oracle SOA and Oracle Service Bus (OSB) Hands-on experience with REST, SOAP, XML, XSD, XSLT, and JSON Experience with Oracle ERP, HCM, or SCM Cloud integrations is a plus Knowledge of OAuth, SAML, and JWT Familiarity with CI/CD tools, Git, and DevOps practices Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Application Integration certification is a plus This is a strong opportunity for someone who wants to step into a lead role, influence integration strategy, and work on impactful enterprise initiatives.
