This is an associate to hire opportunity.Production Worker Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To:Assemble and mount tires on wheels according to specificationsInspect tires and wheels for defects and ensure quality standards are metOperate assembly equipment and tools safely and efficientlyMaintain a clean and organized work areaFollow all safety protocols and proceduresLoading and unloading trucks by hand as neededProduction Worker Requirements:High school diploma or equivalent; may also substitute company-provided GED Works program within 1 year of hireExperience in tire and wheel assembly is preferredAbility to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periodsStrong attention to detail and manual dexterityGood communication skills and ability to work in a team environmentWillingness to perform physical labor, including loading and unloading trucksAbility to move around during workdayAble to lift up to 50 pounds regularly throughout the workdayA keen eye for detailQPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with over 50 offices throughout the United States.
