Senior Graphic Designer (Environmental Design)$45.71 per hourMonday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pmReynoldsburg, Ohio (Hybrid) 3-month contract (opportunity to extend contract months)The Senior Graphic Designer will be a key player in the concept and creation of visually compelling marketing that supports critical brand projects reinventing the customer experience. Key responsibilities include inspiration gathering, conceptual design ideation, digital and physical presentation-building and assisting in design production. They will collaborate closely with creative leads, copywriters, and visual merchandisers to bring the vision to life.What You’ll Do:Conceptual design ideation, focusing on creating multiple design options/solutionsInspiration gathering/mood board creation to help influence marketing approachDesigning marketing for in-store retail experienceDigital and physical presentation building in preparation for key leadership reviewsAssisting in design production tasks and art release to ensure seamless marketing executionWhat We’re Looking For: 5-7 years of relevant conceptual design experienceProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)Strong understanding of layout, typography, color, and branding principlesDemonstrated ability to present multiple unique solutions, each with their own purposeExperience in retail marketing & trends a plusEnvironmental design experience a plusExcellent oral and written communication skillsAbility to balance multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environmentExcellent attention to detail and organizational skills, with a strong sense of ownership and follow-throughStrong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teamsApply Today!Upload your resume – no cover letter required.
