Job Summary: Cabinet Finishing Specialist We are seeking a dedicated Cabinet Finishing Specialist to join our team in the cabinet industry with Prime Tech Cabinets. This position involves installing door handles, adjusting drawers and doors for optimal functionality, and performing final cleaning to ensure products are ready for inspection. Additional responsibilities include caulking and installing rubber bumpers on doors to enhance durability and aesthetics. Responsibilities: Install door handles with precision and attention to detail. Adjust drawers and doors to ensure proper alignment and smooth operation. Clean finished cabinets to present them in a ready condition. Apply caulking to edges and seams for a polished look. Install rubber bumpers on doors to prevent damage and enhance functionality. Conduct final inspections to ensure quality standards are met. Collaborate with team members to achieve project deadlines. Experience: Previous experience is preferred in cabinets however, the company will train any inexperienced applicants! Everyone will get training. Familiarity with woodworking tools and techniques. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Basic problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn. Extremely Important to read below: As part of your training, you will be required to travel to Santa Ana, California. Travel will be reimbursed at a rate of $0.69 per mile from your home to the training location and back. You will also be compensated at your hourly rate for the duration of your training. The address to the training facility is: 2215 S Standard Ave, Santa Ana, CA 92707 To calculate your travel reimbursement, please use Google Maps or a similar mapping service. Enter your address for both the starting point and destination to determine the distance. For example, if you drove 88 miles one way and 88 miles back, you would calculate your total mileage as follows: Multiply the one-way distance by 2: 88 miles x 2 = 176 miles. Multiply the total miles by the reimbursement rate: 176 miles x $0.69 = $121.44 per day. This will be the amount you will be reimbursed for your travel.
