We are a relationship-driven builder known for strong client partnerships, quality work, and a culture rooted in integrity, safety, and accountability.Projects typically range from $1M to $25M and include remodel, tenant improvement, ground up, and site development construction.We are looking for an experienced General Superintendent to support field execution across multiple active commercial construction projects. This is a senior field leadership role for someone who leads with confidence, solves problems in real time, supports project teams, and helps create a consistent, professional experience for both clients and field staff.What You'll DoSupport and guide Superintendents and field teams across multiple active projectsHelp drive safe, organized, high-quality jobsite executionVisit jobsites regularly to monitor progress, coordination, safety, and field performanceSupport manpower planning, logistics, sequencing, and field problem-solvingPartner with Project Managers to align field execution with project goalsBuild strong relationships with clients, consultants, inspectors, and trade partnersRepresent AGI professionally in the field and help ensure a strong client experienceMentor developing field leaders and reinforce best practices across jobsitesWhat You Bring10+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial constructionExperience supporting multiple concurrent projectsStrong knowledge of construction means and methods, including MEP coordinationAbility to read and interpret plans, specifications, schedules, and contract documentsStrong communication, leadership, and decision-making skillsOSHA 30 certification preferredProficient in Microsoft 365, including Outlook, Excel, and WordExperience with Procore, CMiC, or similar construction management softwareFamiliarity with Bluebeam, Microsoft Teams, Salesforce, and HoloBuilder preferredValid driver's license and ability to travel between jobsitesWhy AGIStrong reputation and long-term client relationshipsDiverse commercial work across healthcare, grocery, retail, and other sectorsOpportunity to mentor others and strengthen field performance across the companyValues-driven culture with a leadership team that values experience, follow-through, and teamworkCompensation & BenefitsCompensation: $160,000 - $185,000Bonus: Performance-based bonus opportunityVehicle: Company vehicle or truck allowanceBenefits: Comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, 401(k), fuel, and PTO.Equal Opportunity Employer
