Office Assistant
DescriptionWe are looking for an Office Assistant to support daily front desk and workplace operations for our client in Beverly Hills. This is a contract position, lasting about 2 months. However, there is a chance the role could extend! It is ideal for someone who enjoys creating a welcoming office environment, assisting visitors, and keeping shared spaces organized and running smoothly. The right candidate will bring strong administrative instincts and confidence working in a corporate setting.Responsibilities:- Welcome visitors at the front desk, provide a welcoming first impression, and guide guests through the check-in process.- Support reception coverage by answering inbound calls, directing inquiries, and responding to routine administrative needs.- Conduct regular walkthroughs of office and meeting areas to ensure spaces remain presentable, stocked, and ready for use.- Prepare coffee and assist with the setup of conference rooms before meetings or guest arrivals.- Restore meeting spaces after use by clearing materials, tidying surfaces, and resetting rooms for the next group.- Replenish everyday office supplies, including printer materials and other shared workplace essentials.- Handle clerical support tasks such as scanning documents, organizing paperwork, and assisting with general office coordination.- Partner with on-site staff to help maintain smooth day-to-day operations and provide dependable administrative support as needed.Requirements - Previous experience in reception, administrative support, or office coordination is required.- Detail-oriented demeanor with the ability to interact courteously with guests, employees, and leadership.- Comfortable working at a front desk and managing multiple responsibilities in a busy office environment.- Strong verbal communication skills, including experience answering inbound calls and handling basic inquiries.- Ability to perform clerical tasks such as document scanning, filing, and general administrative support.- Organized and detail-oriented, with a proactive approach to keeping shared spaces orderly and well supplied.- Prior experience in a corporate office setting is strongly preferred.
