Lead Coach

The Lead Coach is responsible for modeling and scaling an exceptional Alpha Fit Club coaching experience. This means not only delivering high-level classes themselves, but ensuring every coach consistently delivers a class that feels like personalized training within a group setting. They are accountable for coaching quality, team development, and translating brand standards into consistent, high-level execution on the floor through leadership, development, and accountability.
