Forward Deployment Engineer

A company is looking for a Forward Deployment Engineer to work at the intersection of customer operations and technical execution. Key Responsibilities Conduct structured discovery sessions with customers to understand current processes and desired outcomes Design and configure target workflows in the platform, including automations and integrations Manage deployment execution from scoping to go-live, ensuring validation and issue resolution Required Qualifications Experience in customer problem structuring and solution design Proficiency in full-stack engineering and system integration Ability to rapidly prototype and iterate solutions based on user feedback Familiarity with cloud and business systems (e.g., AWS, Azure) and compliance frameworks Prior experience in security, compliance, or SaaS environments is preferred
