Director of Quality Assurance & ComplianceTwin Cities Metro Area (Hybrid)Full-Time | Exempt$90,000 - $120,000 per yearAbout the RoleBrightPath is seeking a Director of Quality Assurance & Compliance to lead and strengthen compliance, quality, and training across our 245D service lines. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for ensuring we remain audit-ready, compliant, and consistently delivering high-quality, person-centered services.You'll serve as the primary point of contact for DHS licensing, audits, and investigations, while building systems that proactively identify risk, drive accountability, and improve performance across the organization.What You'll DoLead Compliance & Regulatory StrategyOwn organization-wide compliance across all 245D and DHS/MDH regulationsAct as the main contact for audits, licensing, and investigationsLead internal audits and ensure continuous audit readinessInterpret regulatory changes and implement them across teamsDrive Quality & Continuous ImprovementBuild and maintain quality assurance (QA) systems to identify risks and trendsLead a continuous quality improvement (CQI) approach using data and feedbackEstablish and track compliance metrics and performance outcomesOversee Corrective Action & AccountabilityOwn and execute corrective action plans from audits or findingsPartner with leadership to address gaps and enforce accountabilityMonitor results and ensure long-term improvementsStrengthen Training & ImplementationAlign compliance training with regulatory and operational needsIdentify training gaps and deploy targeted solutionsPartner with training leaders to improve staff performanceManage Risk & Program IntegrityEnsure documentation, reporting, and billing integrityOversee incident reporting and maltreatment response processesIdentify compliance risks and implement preventative strategiesWhat We're Looking ForStrong knowledge of 245D regulations and DHS compliance requirementsExperience leading audits, compliance programs, or quality initiativesAbility to analyze data, identify trends, and drive improvementsProven leadership skills with the ability to influence across departmentsStrong project management and organizational skillsClear communicator who can translate complex regulations into actionSchedule & Work EnvironmentMonday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PMHybrid role with flexibility for after-hours needsTravel required to program sites throughout the Twin CitiesWhy BrightPath?At BrightPath, our mission is simple:"Enable the freedom to pursue joy."We provide person-centered residential services for individuals with disabilities, helping them build independence, make meaningful choices, and live fulfilling lives.
