Depending on the contractual need this could be around or near an airport, commercial building, hospital, sports arena, entertainment venue, educational facility or warehouse.Required:Must be 21 years of age or olderNo experience required and on the job training providedNo high school diploma, GED or college degree requiredThis role will require a CDL with passenger endorsement and airbrakesPreferred:One (1) year of prior work experience as passenger shuttle driver is preferredTransport, load and unload passengers, providing daily transportation services at designated pick-up and drop-off locationsEnsure the safe loading and unloading of passengers, including the safe operation and handling of specialized equipment for unloading passengers with special needs (i.e• wheelchair lifts and tie-downs)Help passengers to load and unload luggage as needed • Inspect vehicles on a regular basis to find any unsafe conditions or maintenance issues; perform routine cleaning and bus maintenance activitiesMeet patrons needing assistance to and from various airport locations and lotsInspect shuttle for preexisting damage record information using electronic device or manual ticketProvide excellent customer service to guests; respond to guest inquiries in a courteous manner, give directions to nearest highway, destination, etc.Maintain and enforce bus evacuation plan and coordinates bus evacuation activities as appropriateImmediately reports any incidents or claims to Operations Manager or Shift LeadRefuel and maintain shuttle equipment and fuel use logsMaintain a clean work environment, disinfecting shuttle after each usePerforms pre-inspection and post-inspection activities to ensure proper operating conditions, adherence to prescribed Department of Transportation standards, and compliance with proper safety standards
