SummaryAs a Brand Associate you deliver a personalized, customer-first shopping experience on the sales floor, supporting store initiatives and driving sales performance. This full-time role focuses on client engagement, product discovery, and maintaining store standards while supporting team training and alternative purchasing channels.ResponsibilitiesUnderstand and deliver sales and profit performance using key tools and resources to drive selling.Support execution of store initiatives and participate in team training to achieve business results.Engage and expand client relationships through outreach, community initiatives, and talent sourcing.Support alternative purchasing processes and broaden product discovery via digital tools and virtual channels.Maintain sales floor standards, productivity, and provide ongoing feedback to management on category opportunities.RequirementsRetail or similar industry experience in a high-volume or specialty environment preferred.Strong communication and customer service skills with a proven ability to build positive relationships.Ability to stand, walk, operate register, and lift up to 30 lbs.; maneuver around sales floor, stock, dressing room, and office areas.Willingness to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends and occasional travel.Planning, prioritization and time management skills, and comfort using digital tools to support sales.J-18808-Ljbffr
