Provide comprehensive support for artificial intelligence and machine learning models, enhancing business performance analysis. Deliver synthesized insights from statistical and visual analysis to improve efficiency and decision-making. Create effective, scalable data pipelines and manage data ethics for the enterprise data lake. Troubleshoot and resolve complex performance issues on enterprise data pipelines and collaborate on data requirements definition. Mentor team members to enhance data analytics maturity within the organization.What You'll Need Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field with 2-5 years of experience, OR Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Analytics, Data Science, or related field with 1-2 years of experience. In-depth knowledge of Data Analytics Development Life Cycle, relational database theory, and data governance. Proficiency in statistical analysis (ANOVA, t-tests, regression) with tools like R, SPSS, or SAS, and knowledge of linear algebra and calculus. Experience with AI interaction, at least two programming languages (Python and SQL preferred), and data visualization platforms (Tableau preferred). Demonstrated ability to create, test, and train predictive modeling and machine learning algorithms (e.g., logistic regression, decision trees).
