Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Field Sales representative within the FMCG sector. The selected candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, identifying and generating leads, managing customer relationships, and ensuring continued revenue growth. Day-to-day tasks include maintaining sales operations, conducting market research, meeting sales targets, and representing PILY PEPPER’S Agencies with professionalism and enthusiasm. Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage and build lasting relationships with diverse clients.Proficiency in Sales and Lead Generation to drive revenue and expand the company’s customer base.Experience in Sales Operations, including analyzing trends, managing pipelines, and reporting data.Proactive approach to problem-solving, effective time management, and teamwork abilities.Proven ability to work independently and remotely while meeting performance targets.Previous experience in the FMCG sector is highly advantageous but not mandatory.A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
