You thrive on team success over individual achievement and are a hands on leader who owns onboarding and training to ensure consistent execution and resultsRole Description and Expectations Own the full cycle of recruiting, interviewing, and hiring sales representatives for the territory in partnership with Talent Acquisition/HR and corporate leadershipLead the onboarding process to ensure new hires are equipped with company knowledge, sales processes, systems, and customer insightsDevelop, deliver, and continuously improve weekly training programs to build skills, product expertise, and sales effectiveness across the teamVia ride alongs, provide ongoing coaching, mentoring, and development of sales representatives to maximize performance and career growthMonitor sales activity, results, and key metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and hold the team accountable for performancePartner with local, regional, and corporate leadership to align goals, initiatives, and territory strategiesCollaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure reps have the tools and resources they need to succeedFacilitate communication between the field and corporate teams to ensure alignment of customer needs, competitive insights, and local market dynamicsProvide regular reporting on territory performance to local and regional leadership and recommendations for continued growthQualifications 5+ years of sales experience, with at least 2+ years in a leadership, coaching, training, or mentoring capacityProven success in recruiting, hiring, and developing sales professionalsExcellent communication, training, and leadership skillsAbility to analyze performance metrics and turn insights into actionable strategiesWillingness to travel regularly within the territoryValid driver's licensePass a background checkMilitary service is a plus
