Position ❖ Communicating with vendors on properties including timeline adherence, quality standards, and negotiating pricing. ❖ Sourcing local subcontractors to complete assigned projects throughout the assigned territory/client. ❖ Answers management requests or inquiries concerning billing, timelines, and report problem areas ❖ Photo review of completed jobs ❖ Responsible for field rep interaction throughout the assigned territory/client ❖ Responsible for improving customer satisfaction through adhering to timelines and quality standards ❖ Continually maintain a working knowledge of department-specific items and tasks ❖ Utilizing internal software systems and Microsoft Office productivity software for workload management ❖ Performs other duties as assigned Knowledge Skills and Abilities ❖ Effective communication skills both oral and written ❖ Past Sales experience ❖ Ability to quickly learn company and client software ❖ Ability to prioritize and effectively manage daily workload ❖ A positive approach to problem-solving ❖ Efficient negotiation skills ❖ Strong organizational skills ❖ Proficient with computers and computer programs ❖ Strong customer service skills ❖ Ability to have a quiet work from home environment, complete with capable high-speed internet and free from distraction Job Type: Full-time Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year Benefits: Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Schedule: 8 hour shift Monday to Friday Weekends as needed Location: Dallas, TX (Required) Work Location: Remote Job Type: Full-time Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year Benefits: Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Shift: 8 hour shift Work Location: In person
