Oracle Cloud Reporting Lead (FIN / SCM / HCM)Location: RemoteDuration: 9 to 12 MonthsPosition SummarySeeking a senior Oracle Cloud Reporting Lead to support a large Oracle Cloud implementation across Finance, Supply Chain (SCM), and HCM workstreams. This is a hands-on functional/technical lead role with responsibility for reporting strategy, reporting build oversight, validation, and readiness through go-live and stabilization .The ideal candidate has deep experience with Oracle Cloud reporting tools and can also lead cross-functional coordination across business, IT, and downstream reporting/data teams. Role charter emphasizes reporting readiness, governance, risk visibility, and post-go-live transition support.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end reporting workstream for Oracle Cloud (FIN / SCM / HCM)Maintain report inventory , requirements, ownership, and prioritizationMap legacy/current-state reports to Oracle Cloud future-state reporting solutionsBuild/support reporting solutions using OTBI, BI Publisher, BICC, FDIDrive Day-1 reporting readiness , cutover planning, and fallback approachLead data validation / reconciliation and variance analysis during SIT/UATManage reporting defects, risks, issues, and escalationsCoordinate with functional teams, IT, DW/reporting stakeholdersEnsure documentation, governance updates, and post-go-live handoffRequired Qualifications (must have)7+ years in reporting / BI / analytics delivery roles5+ years Oracle Cloud reporting experienceStrong hands-on experience with:OTBIBI PublisherBICCFDI (Fusion Data Intelligence)Experience supporting Oracle Cloud FIN, SCM, and/or HCMExperience in Oracle Cloud ERP implementation / transformation programsStrong skills in:Reporting requirements and inventory managementData validation / reconciliationData lineage / reporting dependenciesCross-functional stakeholder coordinationPreferred Qualifications (nice to have)Prior work in higher education / healthcare / public sectorExperience with SQL , data warehouse environments, SnowflakeExperience with Power BI / TableauOracle certificationsGo-live / hypercare stabilization experience
