CNC Programmers- 2nd Shift

Job Type: Full-time (40 hours/week), Non-exempt (hourly), In-PersonShift: 2ndReports To: Production ManagerThis includes the safe and efficient operation of a CNC lathe machine allowing for the achievement of customer expectations for quality and on-time delivery.Set up and Operate VMC Mill machine for the cutting of metallic materials.Perform tool changes, offsets, and adjustments to maintain part quality.Inspect parts using micrometers, calipers, height gauges, and other metrology tools.Maintain tight tolerances and high-quality standards.Make minor program edits.Perform all work according to Advanced Machining and Tooling safety standards and comply with all Advanced Machining and Tooling policies and procedures.Knowledge and ability to produce 1st article inspection reports.~ Experience with making minor program edits.~ Ability to work independently on 2nd shift.~ High School Diploma or GED.~ Awareness of general safety, and quality systems.~ Willingness to assist with a variety of tasks in a manufacturing setting.Aerospace Experience.Experience with aerospace materials (Inconel, titanium, stainless).Experience with 3-axis machine set up.The hourly pay range for this position is $25 - $40 per hour (depending on experience). This is a permanent, non-exempt (hourly), full-time position.
