This dual-role position is responsible for creating a welcoming first impression for members and guests while also managing and coordinating takeout orders with accuracy and efficiency. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and maintains a polished, professional presence at all times.Key Responsibilities Greet and welcome members and guests with a warm and professional demeanor Manage reservations, seating arrangements, and waitlists efficiently Answer phone calls and assist members with inquiries or dining requests Accurately take and process to-go orders, ensuring all details are correct Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation of takeout orders Package food orders carefully, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and to-go area Assist service staff as needed to support smooth restaurant operationsQualifications Previous host, customer service, or restaurant experience preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask and stay composed in a busy environment Professional appearance and positive attitude Basic computer or POS system familiarity is a plus Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidaysWhat We Offer Competitive hourly pay $15, plus tips Opportunities for growth within a respected private club environment Supportive team atmosphere Employee meals included each shift Uniform (Shirt) included
