Job DescriptionIndirect Procurement Manager - Fleet & Facilities, BearComReports to: Sr. Director of ProcurementThe Indirect Procurement Manager – Fleet & Facilities is responsible for developing and executing sourcing strategies across $50M annual spend. This role leads strategic procurement initiatives for Fleet (vehicles, leasing, maintenance, fuel, telematics), Facilities (lease negotiation, lease management, MRO, utilities, capital projects, site services) and Corporate programs, driving cost savings, operational efficiency, supplier performance, and risk mitigation.The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong negotiation skills, cross-functional influence, and experience managing complex, multi-site environments.Key Responsibilities (others may be added based on business needs):Strategic Sourcing & Category ManagementDevelop and execute multi-year category strategies for Fleet and Facilities spend.Manage $50M annual indirect spend portfolio with clear savings targets and performance metrics.Lead RFPs, RFQs, and contract negotiations to achieve best total cost of ownership (TCO).Identify cost-reduction opportunities, process efficiencies, and value-creation initiatives.Fleet ManagementOversee sourcing and vendor management for vehicle acquisition, leasing, maintenance, fuel programs, telematics, and remarketing.Optimize fleet lifecycle strategy including utilization, replacement planning, and cost controls.Partner with Operations and Finance to manage fleet budgets and forecasting.Facilities & Capital ProjectsManage procurement for facilities management services, MRO, utilities, security, janitorial, landscaping, and site services.Support capital projects, renovations, and expansions with sourcing and contract management expertise.Supplier Relationship ManagementEstablish and manage strategic supplier relationships and performance scorecards.Drive continuous improvement, service level adherence, and risk mitigation strategies.Conduct quarterly business reviews (QBRs) with key suppliers.Cross-Functional CollaborationPartner with Finance, Legal, Operations, Real Estate, and EHS to align procurement strategies with business objectives.Ensure contract compliance and governance across multiple sites.Provide procurement guidance and influence stakeholders to adopt best practices.Risk & ComplianceMitigate supply, operational, and financial risk through proactive vendor management.Ensure adherence to company procurement policies and controls.Support audit requirements and maintain documentation integrity.RequiredBachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field.5+ years of procurement experience, with significant exposure to Fleet and/or Facilities categories.Experience managing $40M+ in annual indirect spend.Strong negotiation, contract management, and analytical skills.Proficiency in ERP systems and e-sourcing tools.PreferredExperience in multi-site or national operations environment.Knowledge of fleet lifecycle management and facilities capital project sourcing.Key CompetenciesStrategic thinking and category management expertiseStrong stakeholder management and influencing skillsData-driven decision makingSupplier performance managementProject managementBenefitsBearCom wants to elevate your professional growth!
