Job DescriptionWHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY?This role will be responsible for supporting the maturity of CUBE at RBC, managing and overseeing the iterative release schedule of enhancements, and actively resolving and escalating issues. This role also plays critical role in driving alignment, execution, and communication across Compliance, Functions, and other key Regulatory Change Management stakeholders. This role is responsible for working closely with the Functions Oversight Coordinator and their team to facilitate planning efforts, monitor key business metrics, and support the ongoing development and maintenance of CUBE and RegComp platforms, processes, and regulatory inventories.WHAT WILL YOU DO?Centrally coordinate multiple work streams to oversee CUBE regulatory platform implementation and ongoing enhancements at RBCManage competing priorities and demonstrate strong organizational skills across complex initiatives.Engage with Compliance leadership on strategy while managing granular details with regional program stakeholders.Drive integrated project planning by facilitating requirements gathering, defining roles and responsibilities, and brainstorming solutions.Execute and review work products with meticulous attention to detail to ensure high-quality deliverables within timelines.Serve as central coordination point for enterprise-wide Regulatory Change Management requests with cross-functional partners.Communicate program standards, expectations, and best practices to Functions stakeholders and represent Compliance in governance forums.Track KRIs, KPIs, and platform feedback while coordinating iterative CUBE release schedules with Functions teams.WHAT DO YOU NEED TO SUCCEED?Must have: Undergraduate degree coupled with experience in complex programs with high frequency of requests and multiple priorities.Demonstrated ability in written and oral communication skills along with strong presentation skills.
