This role is responsible for the execution of the substrate’s workflow as defined by engineering staff using cleanroom protocol, and operation of a wide range of equipment including e-testers, metrology equipment, processing equipment, and litho; documentation of any abnormalities to the Supervisor, EQE, and Process Engineers in a detailed manner; Update the pass-down on the status of equipment and samples in the workflow; responding to inquiries from other team members, managers, or departments, as well as supporting the continuous improvement initiatives in the areas of productivity, yield enhancement, and scrap reduction. This role requires you to Learn, understand, and adhere to established SOPs for assigned areas.Adheres to all safety policies and procedures as requiredLearns, achieves, and maintains required certifications on assigned tools or processesOperate metrology, e-test equipment, and Process tools (PVD, ALD, Litho, Wet) to ensure that substrates are processed according to instructions in Workflow and SOPsDocument completion of tasks and thorough pass-down for subsequent shifts to operate efficientlyPerform sanity checks of the equipment by running scheduled quals and in the event of data being out of specWork with process engineers and associates (across night and day shifts) to ensure that each sample is processed per the specific instructions assigned to themPhysical AttributesWork requires the use of Class 100 Clean Room suitsMay work in areas using hazardous chemicalsMay occasionally lift equipment up to 10-50 lbsMay need to wear earplugs when working in areas with excessive noiseWho You AreMinimum Qualifications:High School Diploma or GEDPreferred QualificationsFlexibility to cross-train across varying equipmentPay Range for this position - $42-$68/hourThe offer range represents the anticipated low and high end of the base pay compensation for this position. The actual compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level of experience, education, skills, and other job-related factors.
