You’ll be responsible for leading the architectural design process from concept through to completion while also leading design teams, providing technical guidance, and interacting with clients and project stakeholders.Responsibilities Lead and mentor teams by championing a collaborative environment. Serve as a primary point of contact to clients and project owners. Provide technical direction and guidance on all aspects of the project (code compliance, material specifications, construction documents). Ensure all phases of the project are done on time and within budget, while adhering to quality standards.
