In this role, you will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining pallets and flats to ensure they meet our hygiene and safety standards. This position is perfect for someone who takes pride in keeping a clean, organized work environment.How You’ll Create Greater ImpactIn this role, you’ll help deliver the highest quality product while upholding our unwavering commitment to animal welfare, food safety, and responsible farming. You’ll act boldly, embrace continuous improvement, and partner with teammates and customers to deliver wins.Turn on and prepare wash tank at the start of shiftEnsure proper tools and supplies are available for cleaning, scraping, and inspection of the palletsInspect pallets as they exit machine for debris, stickers, glue, or any other quality concernsStack cleaned pallets and label as requiredWrap pallet stacks to prepare for shipmentsGeneral housekeeping including cleaning eggs off the floor, organization of materials, emptying and cleaning of waste receptaclesComply with all food safety procedures, regulatory requirements, and process efficiencyWhat You’ll Bring To The FlockWe are one team — united by respect and a shared commitment to doing what’s right.
