Audit Clerk (Revenue Auditor) Part Time

Our team members live our core values every day-Pursuit of Excellence, Sincerity, Accountability, Respect, and Fun-while delivering a safe, exciting, and welcoming environment for everyone who walks through our doors.If you enjoy working with numbers, love accuracy, and want to be part of a fast-paced gaming environment where no two days are the same, this role might be your lucky break!ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:What you'll do to help keep the games fair, fun, and compliant:Maintain a clean, safe, and secure work environment, always following safety proceduresDemonstrate reliable and punctual attendance to support smooth casino operationsVerify all monetary transactions handled by the Cage and Table Games (Black Jack, Roulette, Craps)Audit transactions to ensure accuracy, compliance, and protection against theft or variancesVerify all entries made by soft and hard count teams, including drops, fills/credits, and openers/closersPrepare accurate audit and compliance reports for Casino General Managers and the IRS, as requiredVerify slot summary information, including drops, jackpots, fills, and required reportsAnalyze Drop Team activity and variances using electronic verification systemsConduct audits of sensitive areas as authorized and in compliance with gaming regulationsPerform all duties in accordance with the Colorado Limited Gaming Act, Gaming Regulations, ICMPs, and internal policiesProactively communicate concerns or discrepancies to leadershipMaintain constant situational awareness of casino operationsSupport special projects and other duties as assigned-because teamwork makes the jackpot bigger!QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:Strong basic math skills and attention to detailAbility to work accurately under deadlines and pressureEffective, professional, and diplomatic communication skillsProven skills in problem-solving, organization, and prioritizationGaming experience and knowledge of Cage and/or Floor Operations preferredEducation & Experience:High school diploma or equivalent requiredCollege-level accounting coursework preferred (or equivalent experience)1+ year of auditing or accounting experience, ideally in a gaming environmentEducation & Experience:Proficiency with Excel, data entry, typing, and filingStrong written and verbal English communication skillsNo decision-making beyond defined job dutiesMust be 18 years or olderMust obtain and maintain a valid Colorado Gaming LicensePHYSICAL DEMANDS:Ability to sit for extended periods with occasional standing, walking, bending, and stair climbingAbility to lift up to 30 pounds (office supplies or related equipment)COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:$17.50+ per hour based on experienceFull House Resorts offers a winning hand of benefits, including:Health & WellnessMedical (full-time employees), Dental, VisionHSA & FSA optionsFinancial SecurityLife insurance, disability, and supplemental coverageFuture Planning401(k) with company match after one yearWork-Life BalanceGenerous Paid Time Off programPerks That Make Work Even BetterFree shuttle service from Colorado Springs & Woodland ParkComplimentary local gym membershipTuition reimbursement & career development opportunitiesEmployee discounts on hotel and casino experiencesEqual Opportunity Employer
