Operations Associate

Job Description: Manage scheduling, correspondence, document preparation, filing, and general administrative support for the US team Process expense reports, reconcile receipts, and assist with basic financial record-keeping Organize and maintain operational records, compliance documentation, and filing systems Book travel, prepare itineraries, schedule meetings, and coordinate logistics for conferences and events Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to support US operationsRequirements: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (or equivalent experience) Minimum 1–2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills High proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Drive) Comfortable and experienced using collaboration tools such as Slack and Notion Ability to work independently while maintaining clear communication and alignment with stakeholders Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentBenefits: Dynamic and collaborative work environment Committed to empowering farmers Promoting regenerative practices
