Interurban and Rural Bus TransportationVocational Rehabilitation ServicesTravel Arrangement and Reservation ServicesMotor Vehicle Body and Trailer ManufacturingSpecialty (except Psychiatric and Substance Abuse) HospitalsMRI Technologist OpportunityJackson HealthPros is thrilled to welcome an experienced MRI Tech to our team to accurately interpret a physician's scanning instructions, prepare and position patients for MRI procedures, and expertly operate MRI scanners to create diagnostic images.Minimum Requirements:Current American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification or ARMRIT certification (ARRT-MR or ARMRIT required upon hire).MRI advanced level certification and state licensure as required by Georgia.Successful completion of an accredited MRI program or ARRT-R required.Minimum 1 year of MRI experience; experience performing a full range of MRI exams and independent operation of MRI equipment required.BLS certification (Basic Life Support) required prior to start.Competence with MRI safety, anatomy, pulse sequence parameters, patient positioning, and contrast administration, including GFR checks and weight-based dosing.Experience using PACS/RIS systems and pushing/retrieving studies to PACS.Ability to operate patient monitoring systems and demonstrate infection control and equipment maintenance procedures.Strong verbal and written communication skills for interaction with physicians, patients, and multidisciplinary teams.Preferred: Experience in a hospital setting and familiarity with Dynacad or similar workflow systems.Assignment DetailsFacility Type: HospitalPrimary Specialty: MRI TechnologistShift Name: DaysShift Details: Days 0800-1900Shift Pattern: 3x12 scheduleWeekend Requirement: Shift includes Saturday and Sunday coverage per assignment notes (weekend shifts specified).Float Requirement: May be required to float to other facilities as needed.Location HighlightsDiscover Smyrna, GA, an active suburban community with easy access to Atlanta.
