What You'll Do
Own the core platform — speed, reliability, cost efficiency at scale.
Optimize model serving — integrate in-house models into production pipelines.
Build infrastructure — databases, task orchestration, scheduling, cloud.
Drive distributed systems improvements — latency, reliability, scaling.
On-call rotations — platform health E2E ownership.
What We're Looking For
Experience
5+ years platform/backend + distributed systems
Scaled core infra at high-growth company
Staff/Principal level or fast-track trajectory
Startup experience a strong plus
Skills
Full-stack proficiency (not pure DevOps)
Python (or Go/Rust)
Cloud infra + model serving optimization
On-site · San Francisco
Pay: $220,000.00 - $320,000.00 per year
