Responsibilities
Own the overall strategy, growth, and profitability of the Outsourcing Advisory practice
Drive business development efforts by expanding the client base and cultivating relationships with prospects, clients, and referral sources
Collaborate cross-functionally with practice leaders across the firm to deliver integrated solutions
Build, mentor, and retain a high-performing team - fostering a culture of excellence and development
Serve as a senior advisor to clients on complex outsourcing decisions, process improvements, and operational transformation
Contribute to broader firm strategy and culture as an influential member of firm leadership
Qualifications
Significant experience in public accounting, consulting, or professional services
Proven track record of leading and growing a practice or service line
Deep expertise in outsourcing advisory services such as finance and accounting, HR outsourcing, or related areas
Strong business development instincts with an existing network of client relationships
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate independently and think strategically
CPA or relevant advanced degree preferred
