Patient Coordinator

Job Description Poidmore Orthodontics is growing practice in Orangevale and Folsom. We are looking for a full-time Patient Coordinator who thrives in a service oriented position! We have worked hard to build a fun, fast-paced, teamwork-centered, family culture in our practice.ScheduleFull-TimeMonday-FridayResponsibilitiesGreet patients and parents warmly, ensuring a positive experience at every visit.Manage scheduling, confirmations, recalls, and follow-up appointments.Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and communicate effectively with patients and families.Verify insurance benefits and assist with processing claims.Collect payments at the time of service and handle billing inquiries.Maintain accurate patient records and assist with administrative tasks.Support the orthodontic and pediatric teams with patient flow and office coordination.QualificationsPrevious experience in a dental, orthodontic, or pediatric dental office required.Punctual, reliable, and dependable with a strong work ethic.Knowledge of scheduling, insurance verification, and dental/ortho terminology preferred.Excellent communication and customer service skills, especially with children and parents.Highly organized with strong attention to detail.Positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude.
