Privately HeldAbout the RoleThe Company is seeking a Vice President of Revenue Operations (RevOps) to play a pivotal role in the organization's growth strategy. The successful candidate will be a strategic leader with a focus on designing and implementing the revenue operating model, driving execution across sales and marketing, and providing the necessary insights and infrastructure for data-driven decision-making. This hands-on, builder role requires a leader who can optimize sales processes, stabilize CRM and GTM data, and operationalize sales methodology to improve deal quality and forecast accuracy. The VP of RevOps will also be responsible for building and maintaining executive-level reporting, leading sales compensation design, and identifying and addressing revenue bottlenecks.Applicants for the VP of RevOps position at the company should have a minimum of 15 years' experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or GTM operations within B2B SaaS, with a proven track record of scaling RevOps capabilities. The role demands deep expertise in CRM architecture, workflow automation, funnel analytics, and sales process optimization, as well as strong business judgment, analytical skills, and executive communication. The ideal candidate will have a hands-on leadership style, be comfortable with ambiguity, and have experience with GTM AI use cases and implementation.
