In this role, you'll help ensure products meet the highest standards for safety, compliance, and quality while working in a collaborative, fast-paced production environment.This is an excellent opportunity for someone with QA or food production experience who wants to grow their career with a company that values teamwork, reliability, and continuous improvement.ScheduleTraining Schedule: Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PMRegular Schedule: Monday–Friday, 1:00 PM – 9:00 PMEnjoy a consistent weekday schedule with no overnight shifts.What You'll DoPerform sensory evaluations and basic laboratory testing on raw materials and finished productsConduct line checks, audits, and inspections to verify GMP and internal procedure complianceReview batch records and maintain accurate, audit-ready documentationManage product sampling and retention programsEnter and track QA data using internal systems and Excel-based toolsVerify label accuracy and regulatory complianceFood Safety & ComplianceFollow and help enforce GMP, HACCP, and food safety standardsSupport a culture focused on safety, accountability, and product excellenceHelp identify and communicate quality concerns proactivelyWhat We're Looking ForHigh school diploma or GED requiredAS or AAS degree in Food Science or Food Manufacturing preferred but not required1–3 years of QA in food manufacturing, or related production experienceInternship or co-op experience in food manufacturing is a plusWorking knowledge of GMPs, HACCP, and food safety systemsComfortable using Microsoft Excel, Word, and data entry platformsWork EnvironmentActive manufacturing setting with regular movement throughout the production floorRequires standing, walking, and following food safety and ergonomic guidelinesLifting up to 50lbsWhy You'll Want to ApplyCompetitive pay: $21–$25/hour based on experienceFull-time, stable weekday scheduleOpportunity for long-term placement and career advancementHands-on experience with food safety systems, audits, and quality processesApply Today!
