Salesforce Administrator / DeveloperLocation: Remote (Tennessee based candidates preferred)Job Type: ContractSchedule: 37.5 hours/weekPosition OverviewWe are seeking an associate level Salesforce Administrator / Developer to join a collaborative technology team supporting enterprise Salesforce applications. This role combines Salesforce administration, platform configuration, and application development with a consultative approach to solving business challenges.The ideal candidate is comfortable wearing multiple hats—serving as a Salesforce Administrator, Developer, and Business Analyst. You'll partner with stakeholders to understand business needs, recommend scalable solutions, and implement enhancements that improve business processes and user experience.ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, configure, and maintain Salesforce applications and platform functionality.Customize Salesforce using Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, validation rules, Apex, and other declarative tools.Administer the Salesforce environment, including user management, security, profiles, permission sets, data management, reports, dashboards, and automation.Perform light systems administration activities to support platform availability and overall system health.Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.Evaluate enhancement requests, discuss solution options and tradeoffs, and recommend best practices.Support integrations with external systems, deployments, testing, and ongoing production support.Create and maintain technical documentation for system configurations, processes, and enhancements.Required QualificationsExperience serving as both a Salesforce Administrator and Salesforce Developer.Strong hands-on experience configuring Salesforce using declarative tools such as Flows, validation rules, approval processes, and automation.Experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC); Apex experience is a plus.Experience managing Salesforce users, security, permissions, and data.Working knowledge of systems administration concepts.Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication skills with the ability to partner effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.Ability to manage multiple priorities while working independently in a remote environment.Preferred QualificationsSalesforce Administrator and/or Platform Developer certifications.Experience integrating Salesforce with third-party applications and APIs.Experience supporting enterprise Salesforce environments.Familiarity with Salesforce deployment and release management practices.Experience serving in a consultative or client-facing role, advising stakeholders on platform strategy and technical solutions.Disclaimer: Brooksource, Medasource, and Calculated Hire are part of the Eight Eleven Group family of companies and operate under Eight Eleven Group, LLC.
