Ideal candidates must have 5+ years of experience in Information Systems and 2+ years supporting Oracle Hyperion applications to include: Planning, Essbase and HFM (Hyperion Financial Management).Responsibilities:Investigating and resolving support issuesChampioning process improvementsCoordinating technical work with offshore support teamCoordinating support efforts across various infrastructure and application support teamLead small to mid-sized projects from start to finishWorking with stakeholders to plan requirementsManage and track project schedulesIdentify risks and communicate clearly with partners from across the companyLead the discovery, planning and implementation of process improvements in individual or cross functional areas of responsibilitiesParticipate in and support system upgrades, deployments, and technology expansionsAssist in the support for Orbit reporting toolQualifications:Education:Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Science or related field - RequiredExperience Required:Minimum of 5 years of experience in Information Technology2+ years prior experience supporting Hyperion applications (HFM, Planning, Essbase)Proficiency in writing and executing SQLExperience with PowerBI and/or Orbit Reporting SystemKnowledge of Data Warehousing, ETL processes and Data Security concepts - PreferredExposure or working knowledge of Oracle ERP modules - Finance, Project Accounting, Procurement, Order-to-Cash, and Req-to-PayWorking knowledge of Oracle EPM applicationsExperience with Oracle R12 (12.2), Oracle 19c databases, PL/SQL, SQL, Linux - Preferred
