We are hiring hands-on Infrastructure This is a physically demanding, safety-focused role in a union environment. You will work under the direction of a Working Lead or Project Manager to complete essential tasks that keep projects safe, efficient, and on schedule.About the RoleAs an Infrastructure Technician, you'll support municipal and industrial projects by cleaning, inspecting, and maintaining sewer systems, pipelines, and storm drains. You'll operate specialized equipment and help ensure infrastructure systems meet safety and performance standards.Pay rate: $17.00 with increase at 90 days.What You'll DoFollow direction from the Working Lead or Project Manager to complete daily assignments
Support field operations including equipment setup, operation, and site cleanup
Perform manual labor (lifting, shoveling, jackhammering, etc.)
Work in confined spaces, at heights (6+ feet), and on uneven terrain
Travel to job sites; occasional evenings, weekends, and overnight work required
Assist with sewer, pipeline, and storm drain cleaning and inspections
Operate specialized equipment such as CCTV cameras and water jetting systems
Support traffic control and site preparation as needed
Maintain professional communication with team members, supervisors, and customers
What You NeedValid driver's license with a clean driving record (non-CDL)
Ability to obtain and maintain a DOT medical card
Ability to perform strenuous outdoor work in all weather conditions
Physical capability to lift 50+ lbs., climb, bend, kneel, and stand for extended periods
Comfortable working at heights and in confined spaces
Willingness to wear PPE, including respirators
Strong teamwork, reliability, and communication skills
Experience in construction, labor, or field equipment operation is a plus
Experience with CCTV pipeline inspection or traffic control is a plus
Work EnvironmentField-based work at customer and municipal job sites
Daily schedules assigned by leadership
