At least 1 year of experience with Microsoft Copilot, GitHub Copilot, Power Automate, Power Platform, or similar automation and AI tools. Proven ability to lead complex, ambiguous initiatives from concept to implementation. Strong problem-solving skills, resourcefulness, and a bias for action. Strategic understanding of AI and agentic systems and their application to business outcomes. Strong program management knowledge, including project charters, RAID logs, dependency mapping, status reporting, and executive presentations. Experience in change management, user enablement, training, and adoption initiatives. Experience building and maintaining reusable libraries of templates, prompts, skills, and automation assets. Ability to work independently, make data-driven recommendations, and establish best practices for AI-enabled program management. Comfort working with minimal specifications and identifying opportunities by observing and understanding existing workflows.
