The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with the full testing lifecycle, from planning to execution and closure.Key Responsibilities:Lead the full testing lifecycle, from planning to execution and closure.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement test strategies.Coordinate with offshore QA teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery.Review and validate test cases, scripts, and automation frameworks.Manage defect tracking and resolution processes.Prepare and deliver presentations on test progress, metrics, and outcomes.Ensure adherence to QA standards and best practices.Mentor junior QA staff and promote continuous improvement.Lead and manage overall testing activitiesCoordinate closely with Business teams and technical implementation teamsOversee validation of interfaces and images from BH center cameras, which are a key component of the E2E application testing workflowRequired Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or related field.Experience:Strong background in creating comprehensive project test plans and managing end-to-end test execution
