Program Manager EHR
We are hiring a Program Manager EHR for one of our clients in Baltimore, MD.Job DescriptionThe Program Manager is responsible for leading and overseeing IT project delivery throughout the project lifecycle. This role provides overall project governance, planning, budgeting, execution, risk management, quality assurance, stakeholder communication, and successful project delivery within scope, schedule, and budget.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end project delivery, including planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting.Manage project schedules, milestones, deliverables, budgets, and resources.Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues.Facilitate stakeholder meetings and manage client, vendor, and cross-functional communications.Ensure compliance with SDLC, quality, security, privacy, and regulatory standards (e.g., HIPAA).Oversee data migration, testing, user acceptance, and deployment activities.Prepare project plans, status reports, risk logs, and project documentation.Monitor vendor performance and manage scope, escalations, and project changes.Drive continuous process improvement and operational efficiency.Foster a high-performing, collaborative project team and support organizational change management initiatives.Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.Required Experience10+ years of IT project management experience.8+ years managing complex IT development projects.5+ years applying PMI PMBOK methodologies.Experience leading organizational change management initiatives across multiple stakeholder groups.At least 2 years of healthcare IT project management experience.Required SkillsStrong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.Excellent planning, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.Experience managing project budgets, schedules, resources, risks, and quality.Knowledge of SDLC, quality assurance, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and compliance standards.Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.Experience supporting enterprise digital transformation and modernization initiatives.Preferred QualificationsExperience with large-scale Electronic Health Record (EHR) or enterprise healthcare platform implementations.Experience with Netsmart solutions (e.g., myAvatar, myUnity, myEvolv).Knowledge of behavioral health, human services, post-acute care, or public health workflows.Experience with large-scale government or regulated IT programs is preferred.About UsWe are specialized in recruiting and deliver the best professional talent of industry and we are committed to deliver best experience for our clients and job seekers.
