Job Title: Project ArchitectLocation: [City / Remote / Hybrid]Department: Architecture / Engineering / ConstructionReports To: Senior Architect / Design Director / Project ManagerRole OverviewWe are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Project Architect to lead the planning, design, and execution of architectural projects from concept through completion. The ideal candidate will coordinate cross-functional teams, ensure compliance with regulations, and deliver high-quality design solutions on time and within budget.Key ResponsibilitiesLead architectural design and development across all project phasesPrepare and review drawings, specifications, and construction documentsCoordinate with engineers, consultants, contractors, and stakeholdersEnsure compliance with building codes, zoning laws, and regulationsManage project timelines, deliverables, and budgetsConduct site visits and oversee construction progressAddress design changes and resolve technical issuesMaintain quality assurance throughout the project lifecycleSupport client presentations and approvalsRequired QualificationsBachelor's or Master's degree in ArchitectureLicensed Architect (preferred/required depending on region)5 10 years of professional architectural experienceProven experience managing end-to-end projectsStrong knowledge of building codes and construction standardsProficiency in tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative SuitePreferred SkillsStrong project management and organizational skillsExcellent communication and stakeholder management abilitiesAttention to detail and problem-solving mindsetExperience with sustainable design practices (LEED or similar is a plus)Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneouslyKey CompetenciesLeadership and decision-makingTechnical expertiseCollaboration and teamworkTime managementClient-focused approachWhat We OfferCompetitive salary and benefitsOpportunity to work on diverse and high-impact projectsCollaborative and innovative work environmentCareer growth and professional development
