This position's main duties include supervising all project aspects including oversite of all off-site contract employees. Additionally, the PM will consistently challenge each aspect of the project management process to improve revenue and profit margin.Major ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with other department leaders to define, prioritize, and develop projects.Plan project management, including setting deadlines, prioritizing tasks, and assigning team members to various deliverables.Manage project risks and issues and implement mitigation plans.Analyzing financial data, including project budgets, risks, and resource allocation.Provide financial reports and budget outlines to Executives.Draft new and improve existing project management office policies and processes.Ensure project management standards are being executed across the project portfolio.Drive improvements into the PMO program and ensure industry best practices are leveraged.
